The Ames location is where Country Landscapes started in 1981. Our landmark red "barn" houses the design center and nursery sales department. Our full service nursery stocks the highest quality trees, shrubs, and perennials. Plant materials are located in various locations on the site. Landscape materials such as pavers, bulk mulch, and native Iowa limestone are also available on site.
The site also showcases several various paver areas and outdoor living areas, which are functional as well as a great source for ideas.

Interstate 35 south to the 13th Street exit—west on 13th Street to Dayton Avenue—south on Dayton Avenue to Lincoln Way—east on Lincoln Way, over bridge, continue 1/2 mile east. Country Landscapes is in on the north side of the road.
From the south
Interstate 35 north to the Highway 30/Ames exit—west on Highway 30 to the Dayton Avenue exit—north on Dayton Avenue to Lincoln Way—east on Lincoln Way, over bridge, continue 1/2 mile east. Country Landscapes is in on the north side of the road.
Clear Lake, Iowa
Country Landscapes' location in Clear Lake offers custom design and installation of landscapes. In the spring of 2012, a new Retail Nursery Center opened. Customers can now purchase plant and landscape materials. Go to our Nursery Sales section for more information on product that is available.

Country Landscapes' location in Des Moines is geared strictly to Design+Build projects. Our exclusive emphasis here is custom design and installation of landscapes. As such we don’t conduct any cash-and-carry transactions at this location.

From the south:
Hwy 965 north through North Liberty. Go under I-380, and take the first right turn. Country Landscapes is located on the east side of Hwy 965, southeast of Dan’s Overhead Doors.
