Delivery Policy

• For deliveries in Story County, it is recommended that the customer call at least a day in advance to ensure timely delivery.

• Deliveries outside of Story County must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance of the day we deliver to your town. See our Delivery Schedule to find out when we deliver to your area.

• Every effort is made to accommodate the customer’s needs, but deliveries cannot be guaranteed for a particular time of day.

• Saturday deliveries are limited to Ames, Nevada, and Gilbert only.

• Our standard delivery charge and pricing is limited to unloading on hard surfaces only.

• We do not assume responsibility for damage to concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces we have to pass over to get to the requested unloading location.

• Distance limit is 100 miles from Ames, one way.

Delivery Fees

​

Delivery fees are charged by the load for the delivery of everything except plant materials. Combined loads will be charged for the product on the load with the greatest delivery charge.

Zone 3 Combination Loads. If a customer is willing to wait until we have a full truck heading to their area, the delivery fee will be ½ of the fee listed above. If the customer has a full load or is unable to wait until we can build a full load, their charge will be the full rate.
